Parcel isn't registering a developer product. How do I fix?Updated a month ago

Most of the time the issue is that the Universe ID or Place ID is faulty. A good fix would be to double-check the place/universe ID and re-paste it in settings for the bot. If that doesn't work, try resetting and replacing your hub secret and then trying it again. 


We only support developer products  for having products on your online store, and will have support gamepasses soon.

If all other of our solutions fail, we recommend you double checking and confirming that everything hooks up properly. For example, the developer products are on the right place that is configured with Parcel discord bot. If need be, we recommend a full wipe of your hub and then retry it, using our tutorial.
